Vocational Training::
The main idea of vocational training is that the students can develop interest in some of the vocational fields. The other segments we are targeting are the youths who have some level of education and can be trained to earn their living.
We have been conducting vocational training for the under-privileged youths/adults on 1) Dress designing, knitting & Doll making 2) Computer basics.
Students Enrolled:
Course structure and schedule for teaching by the teachers is kept by teachers and a copy is kept in our office.
Students regular attendance is kept by teachers. Students who passed the examination with dates, students present and Students performance are also being maintained.
The following data base is being framed to continuously modify the program
a) Dress Making and Designing: On July 1 2008, a group of 45 students was enrolled. There was a nominal enrollment fee of Rs. 15/student.
b) Computer basics and Networking: Dress Making and Designing: On July 1 2008, a group of 22 students was enrolled. There was an enrollment fee of Rs 15/- per student.
c) Doll Making: Later a group of ..22... students was selected .and training has been given for two months.

A report as above is maintained by teachers and communicated monthly by the teachers through the principal. A sample for the Dolls Making (17 pass out students) is given below:

1. Introduction of Material (Fur, Felt, thread,Eyes and nose) 2. Drafting on Fur and Felt. 3. Cutting technique of different Fur avoiding cutting of hair of Fur. 4. Stitching of different parts of the Toys on Fur. 5. Fixing Eyes ,Nose on appropriate place of the toy 6. Combining of Parts of Toys and Filling it with Fiber (Recron). Same Process for different Toys in remaning days |

Need of teacher to generate better interest in the children
1. Conduct student visit to the shops and Malls where the product are being sold.
2. By making arrangement for sale of product made by student in their course time and by giving the profit to the students (Market Place :- Stall in school, polio Booths)
Remarks: 17 students passed the examination on Soft toys conducted from 15/10/2008 to 15/12/2008.
