A free health camp at Srijan school

A free medical health camp at Srijan "A Bright Beginning" school in Champawat, held courtesy of HIMWATS. Alongside the general check-up, students, teachers and parents had their eyes tested under "Healthy Eyes, Bright Future". About 135 people were seen, including 100 children.

Ozone Day at Kulethi

An Ozone Day awareness programme at the government primary and upper primary school in Kulethi. Students were taught about the ozone layer, its part in protecting the environment, and the measures that protect it. The society's Secretary, Shri (Dr) G. B. Bist, told them the ozone layer shields living things from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays.

Eye Donation Fortnight at Kulethi

An awareness programme for Eye Donation Fortnight, 25 August to 8 September, at the government primary and upper primary school in Kulethi. Students were shown videos on protecting their eyes and on the importance of eye donation, and teachers and others were encouraged to pledge.

A microscope workshop for the students of Government Upper Primary School Kharkkarki, under the society's Science Outreach Programme 2026. Five activities were run with the children, covering mind mapping, the use of a hand lens, and micro-organisms.
